BDBS-SCA

The Blanco DECam Bulge Survey (BDBS), a three-year NSF-funded project, alleviates these difficulties by creating images of approximately 200 square degrees of the Milky Way galaxy’s bulge region. To do so, the project used the Dark Energy Camera (DECam) attached to the Blanco 4m Telescope at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory in Chile.
