PHI cBioPortal

We operate two instances of the cBioPortal for cancer genomics software, in collaboration with sister teams (RADL and ABITC), to support researchers studying Alzheimer's disease and pediatric health. Hardware for the project is funded by the IU Precision Health Initiative (PHI).
